week 4...or 5...of holidays. and a month of activity comes to an end....or so it seemed. but it was not to be.JVBC was pretty fun. the whole experience of just taking care of someone else besides myself was pretty liberating. it kinda gives you a whole new perspective to people in general...and how things you could conceive to be so complicated as one with a mature mindset may be so much simpler though the eyes of a child.which kinda leaves you to wonder why a mature mindset is named as such, since its self-proclaimed superiority does little more than unnecessarily intricate the unintricate.okayyy that was random.anyway yeahhh it was cool. i had nice kids...or so it seemed. kids are cute as a method of self-defense...defense against the urge people might develop to get mad at them when they dont listen to you. you just cant shout at a cute kid. and most kids are cute. yeahhh.
Gracia. the cutest girl ive even seen. seriously.it was tiring and all...but definately really rewarding. kids going around holding your hand and making friends with you and each other. and them hugging you and crying when its time to leave. its really heartwarming.but its kitchen for me next yearwent for choir dinner on saturday after camp ended. nice place in suntec with open roof and all. did You Raise Me Up and Raindropskeepfallingonmyhead. failure. heh heh. but it was cool. and then Reno and i went mad with the tobasco.it wasnt as heartbreaking as i wouldve anticipated to see my seniors leave...but it was definately sad when i realised id never see some of them again. all in all theyve been great leaders...and role models. both in vocal methods and character. to all you guys...a big thank you for all that youve done for the choir!!!went today with Evan and Darius and Daniel and aunty Mabel to get bass guitar stuff. walked into a shop where Dream Theater were God. Evan bought his bass effects pedal...pretty cool stuff. walked lots more into lots more shops until we arrived somewhere near the national library where Darius bought his bass and stuff. took really long so Evan and i sat around. then i found the Neil Zaza cd and told Jeremy. then Junyi came and got it. so cute. haha. went for macs after that and then went back to Darius' house to try the effects pedal. sweet. and we discovered Evans like a closet pro. he plays DT after a month of learning off youtube. how cool is that.i took 2 years just to learn head voice. sighhh.going with Joseph and JKoh tomorrow to watch a movie. whichever one. but im dead broke :Sand i feel really torn. and mean. guide me, Lord. or forgive me.
